Advisor to Iran Agriculture Minister: Media at forefront of safeguarding food security

Tehran – Seyed Sajjad Hosseini, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Head of the Ministry’s Public Relations and Information Center, praised the vital role of media in ensuring food security amid recent heightened regional tensions and the Zionist regime of Israel’s aggression.

“In the past 12 days, the media have gone above and beyond in supporting food security and the agricultural sector,” Hosseini wrote on X late Tuesday.

“Our first message was: The people did not lose hope. Our final message remains: The people have prevailed. We thank God that we did not let them down. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all my colleagues in the media sector.”

Dr. Hosseini further emphasized the need for continued vigilance and commitment and noted, “Let us remain fully dedicated to protecting the people’s livelihoods and securing their tables.”
